How to order

All orders are on on-line, in particular cases it is accepted an order by telephone. Your order by internet, as soon as you receive our e-mail of admission the client can make the order, stating straight away any error or nonconformity.

Price and e availability

All prices are in euro with VAT included.

If the product wanted is not available Opera Magé - I sapori della terra taggiasca S.r.l. will communicate this to the client with the possibility of the next delivery.

Shipment of merchandise

For the shipment of the merchandise the company will use SDA services.
The client will be asked to pay for shipment depending on the size and the location of the merchandise:
Continental territory, covers Sicily, Sardinia and small islands: 9,00 EURO.
This import is referable to the standard shipment, depending on the destination, maximal size 1mt x 1mt x 1mt. For larger quantities the client before making the order should telephone at +390184-504113.

Products delivery

Operamage.com delivers the order to the address given when completing the registration.
The deliveries are made form Monday to Friday with the exception of holidays. In particular orders made after 11.30 on Thursdays will be dispatched on the following Monday, subject to exceptional cases. To avoid delays we ask for an address where the merchandise will be taken in.
In case at delivery time there are signs of tampering or fluid leakage, please accept the merchandise and write on the postal receipt ‘accepted with reserve to verify the contents.

We will provide at our costs to re-instate the order.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw an order within a limit of 10 days of receiving the merchandise, sending immediately a registered letter with stating the object and withdrawal.

As soon as the goods are received we shall provide to refund the amount paid according with the modality in which will be agreed with by the client.
For any contestation  the legal forum is that of Sanremo.
