The most important of our products. A rare oil of specific quality, entirely produced with taggian olives grown with a 'monocultivar' system in olive groves at located above the altitude of 500 mt.
They grow without human intervention, at 500 mt of altitude no parasite are able to notch their growth. Our land is small and the olive groves located at this altitude are rare, making production very limited and giving the extravirgin olive oil exclusive character, which is underlined by packing them in hand made chiselled slate boxes of our Valley.
